Puppies need a lot of in-home care and interaction. If you need to go out I can pop in to check on them, feed them, top-up water, play games, clean up any accidents and keep them company.
If required I can take them for a walk once they are old enough and have had all their vaccinations.

I will pick your dog up and walk from your home to a nearby green area such as a park or forest. Your dog can be kept on or off lead depending on your personal preference.I offer solo walks , unless multiple dogs from same household.
This service provides your dog with the company and exercise that it needs during the day if you are out or unable to walk the dog yourself.

If you are looking for someone to keep your pet company for longer than one hour at a time then pet sitting is for you. I will come to your home to keep your pet company, feed them, top-up water, play games and more.
I also offer overnight pet sitting; ideal if you are away, don't want to take your pet to the kennels or cattery or if your pet requires round the clock care or company.

What areas do you cover?All of Gloucester and Cheltenham. If you live elsewhere please get in touch; I can travel further but there will be an additional charge to cover fuel costs.

How do I check your availability and request a quote?Take a look at my availability schedule to find out if I have availability on the dates you are interested in. Provide some details about what you are looking for and I will provide a no obligation quote. Your selected dates and times will be reserved until you decide whether or not to go ahead with the booking.

If I am happy with the quote what happens next?If you would like to proceed you can do so via the availablity tool or by emailing or calling me directly. I will then arrange to come and meet you and your pet/pets so we can discuss your requirements in more detail and so you have the opportunity to ask any questions. Afterwards I will give you a service agreement which outlines the service I will be providing and information about payment, deposits and cancellation.

Can I make a recurring booking?Yes, I welcome recurring bookings. To do this select the recurring option when requesting a quote.

Can I make a one off booking?Yes, I welcome one off bookings.

Do you require a deposit?Pet sitting: Less than a week: 2 day deposit required at the time of making a booking. More that a week: Deposit required for half of the total at the time of making a booking. Dog walking, pop in visits: No deposit required

How do I pay?Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. I will provide you with an invoice outlining the amount due and my account details so you can pay via bank transfer (preferred) or cheque. Failure to pay within the timeframe outlined in the service agreement will result in a late fee of £2 a day until the invoice is settled.

What happens if I need to cancel?Pop in, dog walking, pet sitting: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the service is due to be carried out: no charge. Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the service start time will require 50% of the charge. Both parties must give 4 weeks notice prior to ending services unless agreed to one off services. Pet sitting - overnight: This deposit is fully refundable if services due to be carried out are cancelled within 2 weeks prior to the start date.
